Excellent
This app is worth every penny ! Keep up the great work.
Airmailha really gone downhill-given the cost
I initially was a huge fan of airmail. Unfortunately it has become a bloated app with way too many options and confusing preferences, little “tutorial” support, leaving even loyal users scratching their heads. At a certain point, an application needs to focus on what is important. Clear preferences, excellent support, good design, and a balance of functionality and customizable content. In the later, Airmail has gone all out. I truly appreciate and applaud integration with other applications, but do we really need that many color options and preferences that are completely unclear as to their functionality? Any good application worth paying this much for should be attractive, relatively easy to use (and have good support for more complicated features), and it should work!!! The way airmail interfaces with apple mail is completely unnecessary! Why do we need Airmail mailboxes in Apple mail?!! Airmail should just be able to grab that IMAP/POP content and present it in a way that is intuitive and helpful. I’ve held on to the subscription in the hope they would do something about the bloating of their app. Look at an app like Bear, that’s the kind of simple but beautiful application design that works but is intuitive at the same time. There used to be a mail application called Mail Pilot. It was so simple and perfect, but was sadly abandoned. Unfortunately I see that little has changed in the last two years in Airmail. Have the developers moved on? What’s the deal? It has become increasingly unusable with the new iOS operating systems. It’s incredibly disappointing. I really though Airmail had forged a path of consistent compatibility and reliability. I am not sure if that is still the case.
Mail with attachments not going through
Something needs to be done about the support here because I get no response by email on what I write here. Currently, email with attached PDFs are not reaching their destinations. PLEASE FIX!!!
O
Yh my .c
App is terrible
I can’t read my email!
Expect good!!!!!!
Very good interpretation of mail and information about useful information and anything is perfect about something special while comparing even with google mail
Confusing
I just started using this, and I’m not sure how to figure out how it works. There are “Recent Messages” and “Recents” mailboxes you can select, but the “Recents” one doesn’t show up after it’s selected, and the “Recent Messages” mailbox is empty.
Spamming with Pro Subscription
I used to prefer Airmail to Apple and Spark but it’s sadly become too unbearable. Every time I open the app (even just switching between apps without closing) I get a ’subscribe to Pro’ notification that very annoyingly cannot be closed down with one click on the phone, and I cannot use the mail until it’s gone.
Well done Airmail, what a way to lose loyal customers (according to Reddit this is a widespread issue).
Wish we could get half stars here.
Honestly, this is the closest email I’ve come across that lets me do everything to organize. I’m happy to pay the subscription fees but by paying monthly/yearly fee I expect major features to work and the developer be more transparent about what they are fixing rather than “Bug Fixes” every update. That’s where I’d take the half-star off. There is one issue I have with focus inbox that does work on iOS but it works absolutely perfectly on MacOS version. Supposedly they are reviewing this issue right now but haven’t see anything yet. Again, this is by far the best email client I’ve used. I was using another top client email that their developers broke and couldn’t fix and it was a deal breaker so I had to switch. I’m glad I gave AirMail another shot because it’s exactly what I need. I’m just hoping it stays stable and main features continually work!
