Used to be good...

But things changed then they had this subscription strat. Gone are the days when almost all YouTubers were talking about Airmail.

Splash Screen is Disrecpectful

Incessant Notification on

Philippines

I think more than once a day I see the splash screen reminding me to sign-up for Airmail Pro. I don’t want to sign up for it! I don’t get why you have to incessantly show that screen. It’s not showcasing respect for your users’ time. You don’t even provide the option to switch off the prompt. Please take it down – or at least leave me alone!

Bug

When you open you should choose inbox for you to go to inbox. Before wasnt like that. After ios17 bugs come out. Please fix asap. Thanks

Buggy as hell

SaiKaze on

Philippines

1) When your login expires and you have multiple Office accounts, it doesn't tell you which account needs to be relogged 2) When it freezes, it freezes. And it freezes when you reeeaaaallly need to access your mail

Pure Highway Robbery!

JemLau on

Philippines

Purchased this app on both Mac and iOs, everything went smooth until they run out of money and decided to make it an annual subscription thingy, every time you open the app there is a ad asking you to pay more money, it’s just pure inappropriate!

UPDATE DESTROYED AIRMAIL 😭

jecotheunicorn on

Philippines

The recent update made the app not usable. It says “not supported by the system” on iPhone 11. 😭

Best email app

Porchang on

Philippines

I’ve used a LOT of email clients and the only one I really used long-term is Airmail. It has a lot of features (which I haven’t explored everything yet). But the most important thing for me is the ease of setup and use. I had a couple of problems with both the Mac and iOS app after the most recent update, but easily solved by super responsive support. Thanks, David!!!

Subscription = greed

Abra1987 on

Philippines

An email app with great hope and hype, translated to an underperforming and poorly maintained app over time. Now they want to make more money by making earlier included features paid through subscription. Greed has no limits and Apple allows this by overlooking how developers are misusing this. From a once well rated app, now the most criticized one. Another one bites the dust..

Developers are basically scammers

JPBL1976 on

Philippines

This used to be a paid app. Then the Devs decided they didn’t properly plan for the support of the app so they violated the App Stores TOS by moving push notifications behind a recurring paywall even though it was an essential feature of the app. Don’t take my word for it. Do a Twitter search for @airmailer and see all the negative feedback from long-time users. Look for the Macrumors story too. Don’t support bad developers by downloading and paying for a subscription.
