Missing critical feature

DJ.Khali on

This email client would have been the one. If Send Later from my email alias can be supported, I will make the switch back from Spark, but so far it seems like that is the only client where I was able to get that to work. On the Mac, send later from my alias seems to just crash the whole application. Please support this function and I will gladly modify my rating!

No funciona / doesn’t work

Emilio_n on

I am so sorry. I gave a chance to the app. I subscribed even I think their communication and the way to do the things is far away to the best but the problem is not this... the problem is the mail app is full of bugs even with the premium subscription. Search doesn’t work. Each time I need to search something I need to open spark to do it!! Other problem is the render. Some mails directly doesn’t charge. The dark mode is a waste of time with 25% of my mails that appear with black letter with dark background. I am so sorry but I give it up. I will uninstall and check again in a few months as I have the subscription. If they can’t fix the basic things, I think nobody will trust on them. Sad, as working properly will be the best mail solution by far.

A huge disappointment

amsbrit on

Hong Kong SAR China

Paying for a subscription isn’t a big deal, the biggest disappointment is that app quality isn’t as good as it used to be before becoming a free app. The dark theme works horribly, it’s not a real dark mode, it’s like changing the font colours & all images become unreadable for a person with normal optical status. Besides, the app can’t load images & attachments. Please fix this crap as soon as possible.
