With one free download you can create your verified, reusable digital ID that opens up seamless, private identity proofing experiences in travel, social media, and select checkpoints, businesses, and venues. How it works:

1. Enroll your document(s). Add your verified driver’s license or passport once and access it easily in the app when you’re ready.

2. Select your service. Alaska Airlines Mobile Verify for passport verification before an international trip; Curaçao Express Pass for a seamless journey through immigration; Your Digital ID for in-person verification; notabot by IDPartner, which verifies your identity for LinkedIn and X; and the Health Pass for your COVID-19 Vaccination Record (iOS only).

About the worst app I’ve used for travel. Getting the passport scanned and chip read was a hassle. And then the code would allow me to move forward with the verification set up process. I hit link, uploaded it several times and nothing happened. I’m not sure if this is a scammer site looking for passport info, or whether this is legitimate but the process is not easy and I still can’t verify.

Non-Functional

Passport chip scanning doesn’t work at all on newest iPhone. You can’t even logout. Laughable this dev got a deal with Alaska and now all our lives are harder for it.

Does not work

International passports do not work with this app. They only tell you after you sign up and share all your private information. Does not seem very trustworthy. Can not recommend.

Does not work properly

It lets you scan your passport, but don’t allow you to finish the verification process.

What’s this for?

Absolute garbage. Doesn’t read what ever “chip” doesn’t work. Why do you even need this

Horrible app

This app is completely pointless if flying Alaska airlines. They make you sign up for no reason and you still have to check in at a desk in the airport.

I keep getting stuck!

This is horrible! I have read through the FAQ’s and followed the directions and it keeps getting stuck!

Selfies for minors…

If my selfie doesn’t match my kid’s passport photo, you need a bypass or an error message with next steps. Solve the issue within the app.

Terrible

Directions are sub par, doesn’t like to read passports, all around junk app that I shouldn’t even need to use because I already have a passport. Shouldn’t be giving all of my passport info to a brand new company with no clue who’s going to steal it.

Not ready for prime time

Just ridiculous. I had to go into a closet and scan my passport at least 30 times before this app finally accepted it. Then it won’t clear me because for whatever reason it won’t recognize my email address despite my returning the verification. What was the time and no doubt money.
