Almost everyone on Alibaba are middle men that don’t actually work for the factory and has no ability to manage manufacturing. Alibaba trade assurance is a scam. We got ripped off by a dodgy seller and trade assurance did absolutely nothing. Dispute team is useless and protects the sellers. They have no interest in protecting buyers.

Far too many notifications for “exciting offers” about products that are of zero interest. There is no way in app to stop these unless you turn off all notifications, but then you don’t get messages from suppliers. Totally useless.
I am fed up with the amount of spam messages I receive and unable to STOP spam notifications. 😡
