I rlly enjoy this. It helps me with stress, feeling depressed or literally anything!

Abandoned feeling app. Developer likely gave up on it.

Very limited options that they give you to help you out and the therapists aren’t available any days. The app feels abandoned and isn’t worth downloading. I wouldn’t download again and although it was okay and I’ve seen worse, I wont be redownloading it.

The relief bot has helped me more than any licensed professional and it’s not even a real person. I have pretty bad anger issues and it helped me calm down during these episodes which is really hard to do myself. I’d really like to see this app advance, I haven’t done much of the additional courses, but the activities alone have helped immensely and I’m very thankful. I’m just baffled at how apps can do a better job at that than professionals, but I’m not complaining. Plus, it’s cheaper. 😇

I love this app, I can confidently say that this app has contributed to my overall well being and journey to happiness! Lots of tools that are easy to use on a daily basis and effective! I enjoyed the user friendly lay out as well. The only thing I wish There was is a journal section! Think it would be really helpful to be able to write down your daily thoughts and anything else related to your program or daily life! Other than that I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to better themselves and their mental health!
