Amex Experiences

Why? Aren’t there people at AMEX paid to think about this? I’ll assume the answer is YES and therefore this is a cost cutting measure which isn’t really well received given the price of the card and throughput they have from their customers

Another useless app that someone at Amex dreamt up to supposedly provide superior support to platinum customers. Alerts don’t come on time for events, they are just links to other sites and Amex. No paywall so everyone can access it. No real content and not designed the way we use a concierge. Really poor and cheap customer experience. Give us a true digital concierge and this might be valuable.

Basically we’ve got an app that just points you to various parts of the AMEX website. A bit concerning that this is the kind of quality coming out of AMEX. I would have imagined at least being able to view hotels restaurants etc on the app before booking, but nope, it pretty much is a gateway for the website. Making me wonder if the AMEX card is all that it’s cracked up to be…

The app is useless

Explains platinum exclusive benefits really well. Very easy to use and accessible for Australia.

The app has finally added “Australia” into the list, initially only support Platinum Business card and Platinum personal card. However, it is missing lots of content for Australian market, the only tab available is “Offer” and it loads a blank white page with no content at all. Quite useless at the moment. Hope it will catch up to other markets around the world.

The app can be downloaded in Australia App Store but not able to use in Australia?

The app looks nice, but sadly it doesn’t come up for Australians which I am.

Som kortkund vill jag kunna använda kortet och inte en app som fungerar ibland och lite som den vill. Förbättra den gärna och använd som komplement men kortet måste vara huvudsaken.
