Connection to phone
It is time consuming to get connected

The app is good when it is connecting properly. But unfortunately disconnected occurs with one ear or the other all too regularly. Quite frankly it is no good for me at all. Malfunction seems to be its stranded mode .
My hearing aid
I am over the moon with my hearing aid because now I don’t bother my wife anymore with the volume of tv being so loud has made me feel so proud of my self.

I had the hearing aid retuned to prescription the other day and it has made a huge difference of course to hearing without an aid but it’s actually improved its existing functionality

I can adjust the volume and change to music mode so very limited functionality and it could offer a lot more but I suspect you keep those features locked. Still, very happy overall so all good 😀

Exceeded my expectations!
I have found the app allows me to not only tailor my aids exactly to my needs but allows compensation for wind noise without wearing a beanie or removing the aid completely! AAA+ rating from me!
