Hard to stay connected with iPhone Each morning have to go thru the process of connecting
So many annoying little things. And when is the watch app coming.
I recently have trouble connecting my hearing aids to the App on my phone. It is working perfectly on my iPad. I’ve tried all the things you recommend, although Bluetooth says they are connected. I turn Bluetooth off then on again and it still doesn’t work. Have you any ideas of the problem.
I am currently trialing my Phonak aids as a completely blind user, and for whom hearing is a primary sense. I am so impressed with the app's commitment to accessibility. The ability to customise programs independently of sighted help is a big deal for me, and I am loving the straight-forward and easy to use interface. The app team are to be commended for taking the time to build accessibility into their product. Sadly, the same cannot be said for other hearing aid manufacturers, where the ap is the weak link in an otherwise stella line up of products.
It is difficult to set. I try to alter the preset positions and it forces me to rename a new program. I just want to personalise the preset one! It only allowed one new one! Terrible.
Extremely disappointed that I cannot now access the app for my aids. I am dealing with my local audiologist and the wheels are turning very slowly. It’s extremely frustrating
These have reduced background noice by about 10%. Rechargeable batteries only last about 14and a half hours. So I carry my old ones if I watch TV after 9;30pm. Would be better with normal batteries because you can keep spares in you pocket.
Just downloaded this for my new Lumity hearing aids. For a top of the line brand, why isn’t there a ‘find my hearing aids’ option or an Apple Watch app???
Very ease to use and effective
I’m learning to just exclusively use my finely audiologist set program. This new Phonak L90 aids are so sophisticated. I’m not fiddling just trusting this Yes things do sound different but much better in difficult situations The old M90 aids are like L30 technology compared to these
