Frustrating App
It’d be ok and not much more if it didn’t drop out and have to be deleted and re installed so often. Sick of it. The drop outs make it less, far less, than just ok. It makes it the most annoying app I’ve ever used.
Updated app doesn’t work
Ever since you updated the app it doesn’t pair with my right hearing aid is Bluetooth but does for the left one. I’ve tried contacting support but it goes in a help guide loop. So writing a review to hopefully get some support.
Doesn’t work on iPhone
App works well on my iPad but will only connect left side on my iPhone.
Very Happy
The recent upgrade enhanced not only the software but the hearing aids too. It has enabled me to do minimise that a aspect of hearing aids I found really annoying. Namely that ability they had of amplifying everything except what you wanted to hear, like background noise, the clatter of cutlery etc, great improvement.
Ok but needs improvement
Works well when connected but loses connection and requires removal of the app and reinstalling and pairing again.
Would not have purchased hearing aids!
I use “TV Connector” with computer. It constantly disconnects. Previous hearings were fine. These are hopeless and incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend these hearing aids if intending to use “TV Connector” with computer.
ipad issue
It doesn’t work on my ipad.
Pretty awful
It constantly only recognises one side. Never works as it’s supposed to. Hopefully someone will update it as it’s useless and frustrating ... come on guys sharpen up before Apple invent AirPods as a hearing aid!
