Tineco one 5 extreme

For the amount of money we spent to buy this machine and it doesn't last longer than a year it's very sad don't get me wrong but this machine helped me make my life easier but just wished it last

App needs improvement.

Connecting the device to the WiFi is a nightmare

Product great. App not so much

This cleans great! But when doing the App not so much. Go through process (3Xs) and says it is connected but when I go to home page, no product. What’s up with that!!

Won’t Charge

Good luck getting this device to charge after a year and a half. Tineco S3. Hundreds of dollars down the drain and to think my friends bought one on my recommendation. I’m embarrassed now.

Not satisfied

I have used my tineco very few times. I make sure to clean it properly. The roller brush smells horrible. I have tried many ways of cleaning it with no resolution. Also it fills very fast it is not meant for a home but rather an apartment. I 10/10 do not recommend this product.

Pure one X and iPhone

App will not work and it will not stay charged-6 days old.

WiFi issues

Nowhere in this app does it explain how to manually connect to WiFi

Can't turn off promotional notifications

The app is fine. But anything that forces promotional notifications on me gets 1 star. If I'm missing the area in settings that controls this, then I still give 1 star for designing an app that doesn't make it clear how to turn this off.

Tineco store and account/profile

It’s confusing that the store and account/profile are separate. I wish they were connected somehow.
