I like that it automatically maps your house and it trails where its vacuumed, however, my living room, main bedroom and main bathroom were mapped as one room which is strange given that they are 3 different kinds of flooring, and when I attempt to use the feature to divide a room it errors which is annoying bc sometimes I only want to vacuum the living room and the feature to only vacuum a certain area sometimes doesn’t work.

Vacuum works Great if you have the time to sit and babysit it all day. App is useless.

Not only is this app poorly implemented and only minimally usable, the support staff doesn’t even know how it works (they tell you to do X but it isn’t there). Had we known ahead of time how bad this product is we would never have spent the $2k to buy it. Don’t be fooled. Chinese engineered products are not superior.

I bought my Omni and within the first year the mopping mechanism stopped working. I got one refurbished and the second time it happened I demanded a new one. I have hardwood floors with very low pile carpets. I clean and replace the vacuum parts as instructed. It happened a third time but at the 13th month mark. Customer service was not helpful and they delayed responding to my emails for days/weeks at a time. And they would not help the last time. The product is not quality. I am disappointed as I have used these products for years and was loyal until this awful experience.

Worst vacuum ever. This is my third deebot and cannot stand it. The app is trash. How hard can it be to fix these bugs that have been going on for the past years. I’ve had this vacuum for a little over a year and I keep thinking they will fix the issues when I update it, but it’s the same. The vacuum is not consistent at all. It NEVER finishes the complete job even though it has enough water and battery. It will complete one room and go back to changing station and tell you that the job is complete. Another issue is you have to get out of the app and return back into the app to view the status of the cleaning. Sometimes the maps overlap for no reason and you have to remap your home again this is super frustrating. The water tank usually only last 1 clean and my house is pretty small (1,400 sqft) and I’m only cleaning half the house (the areas with tile) it’s more work than my old vacuum. I really thought with these big tanks it will last me at least a week. TOO MUCH MAINTENANCE to say the least. The pads don’t do a good job at cleaning dog paws and leave line streaks behind. Overall I wish I would’ve returned it when I first bought it, instead of thinking the app would be fixed.

The robot has a very difficult time trying to find the base to recharge even if it was right in front of it.. You can try to clean the entire deebot but it still does not help. I have to put something under the robot to get it to align to the charging prons. It's a lot of money to spend if your having to do this at least twice a day.
