Application update
I feel that the application should have software updates because this app is not updated to make the machine clean in an organized manner. It goes all over the place like a chicken with heat cut off!
After it goes “cleaning “ I go back to clean up the mess it did not clean.
Try to buy accessories using the app are expensive.
It doesn’t allow customize my shopping for what I need. I must go elsewhere to buy.
In my opinion, the application should have regular updates of improvement.
Don’t buy this brand.
I have three robots and all of them awful. The warranty is a nightmare of a process. Hate it
No consistency
App constantly resets my home map and has to re-map my entire house again which take forever. Also splits one room into 3 separate areas & won’t let me combine areas even when I follow the instructions. So frustrating!! Then there’s the “offline” issue which is also constant. Wifi is on & working. Hardly worth it with how often I experience issues.
What a horrible software and vacuum cleat
This is probably the worst and frustrating vacuum cleaner I have used. Everytime I start the vacuum it cleans for a minute and goes back to the charging station and says cleaning completed and I can’t seem to get it working at all.
Great app along with an amazing vacuum/mop robot!
It is so easy to use this app and I am so grateful I can easily see it and that it can map so quickly. This has everything I would ever want from an app for this! So pleased!
My twins VAC
I ordered a black & white square head vacs & I called them Master Bath for the one in Master bedroom bathroom.
Then, there is Master White for the entire apartment minus master bedroom master bathroom.
I love my twin block/square head vac (s)
As a disabled woman these two VAC)s) are my best friends (bcc’s). lol 😷😷😷

Best mop & vacuum device ever now upgrading to the X2 combo with brush combo

The app controls & reports the status of the vac extremely well, but falls down when it comes to modifying a floor plan map. For starters, You can’t modify (add, remove, move) interior walls. On one mapping pass, the map identified a bed rail as a wall. I couldn’t manually remove it, so the entire level of the house had to be mapped a second time.
Its difficult, if not impossible at times to split a room (ie: split the kitchen from the connected hallway). This is necessary if you want to mop the kitchen tile but not hardwood floors in the hallway.
Should include a way to remap just certain areas, instead of remapping the entire level of the house. I mapped the house 3 times and got three different versions. In each case I was unable to divide one area of our open-concept house into its desired logical function. The app either goes through the motion of dividing a room, or refuses to do so.
App only recognizes perpendicular walls. Those at other angles are ignored.
Some walls don’t register as a wall at all.
Total disaster
I got a T10 Omni which isn’t cheap at all. Suprised by both the robot quality and the app. Advertisements are fake. It’s normal work is terrible enough: never dodge anything, can’t clean the sides, app has a ton of useless customization and missing basic features. Beyond that, it frequently decides to fk around maps by itself: today it decides that it must have be working in the void, so it shifted the entire map leftward by a meter without moving the zones and boundaries I set. Total failure warning.
