On reaching out, the representative, Monika, was unhelpful, showing no initiative to rectify the situation or offer alternatives. This oversight left me stranded, costing extra in taxi fares and a last-minute expensive car rental. Especially troubling when traveling with a family member with mobility challenges. I strongly advise considering other more reliable options before choosing this service. Their name might suggest savings, but the real costs and stress were anything but economical. Avoid this website

This company is a scam

I booked a rental 2 hours before I picked it up. I just moved to the city and I get there and they tell me I can’t rent it due to that reason. I Did everything I was told to do by the manager to request a refund or a credit and was denied the refund or a credit. Horrible customer service

In the car rental, they didn't want to provide me with the service and economybooking doesn't want to give me the refund, if you travel better look for another option

I called the customer service and they said that I can get refunded on the same payment method. But when I tried to refund there was no option for that and it forced a refund credit on economy bookings instead. Basically you have to use the money with them.

If I could give it no stars I would. They don’t tell you have to have a major credit card at pick up at air port. Then when you can’t pick up the car your out all that money. Very disappointed

Bait and switch is the game played. No response to issues, will add extras with no ability to correct. One and done customer.
