Very hard to understand how is working cancellation , and they don’t give back the money to your payment method …

This company doesn’t support you at all. They work with unfair companies. I came, and they told that my card doesn’t work, they asked me to pay 1500 € for additional coverage. I couldn’t find the booking company - they just moved to another place, without informing me and without picking up a phone. It is totally unfair company. If economy booking works with someone who can deceive people, it means that it is deceiving me. I demand my money back!!! I wasted half day riding on a taxis around airport to finally just go with nothing

This app is working with small car rentals that scam you!!! These car rentals that seems very cheap at first so you bite and book it …. but at the end they SCAM YOU! By inventing all kinds of bogus damages or fees you allegedly made or responsible for, tickets or tolls you never got and etc. BUYER BEWARE! I wouldn’t NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP FOR CAR RENTALS OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.

An unreliable app and it is not recommended to order from here. I ordered a car from here that was advertised at half the price of what I was charged. Out of time pressure, I ordered and paid a cancellation fee just in case. I did not receive a car that I ordered to the airport in Rome, even though I paid for cancellation fees, I also did not receive a refund and the customer service responded in a disdainful and unreliable manner. A trip with my son started with an unpleasant experience thanks to this company. I finally had to order a car from another company and I have not received the car rental fee they charged me to this day (over six months).

After booking a car the price dropped ... After canceling the reservation we were told to wait at least 21 days. Why? In addition, the app does not work smoothly and there are always problems logging in. Unfriendly app.

I just have a bad experience with this company. I booked a car for 25€ after you entered a card number I saw that the price doubled!!! I called to customer service got no reasonable explanation like they have to deliver the car so the take a money and so on... what we can do just cancel the booking but you have pay 3€. -5 stars.
