Take extra money without your agreement

This app adds on top extra money (at least 20eur/day) than booking it directly

The support is very poor. They also charge additional money without your knowledge. In our case 23€

I book a car thru this company and they charge 158€ depiosit,when we look at final destination for rental operator there was nobody, so we wait oaround 1h looking around an try call all numbers on booking document (there was local no for operator no responce, no for economy booking support centre same problem no one answer the call) after all we took avis rental directly from then on the desk at the airport, i was suprise for 2nd time the price was cheaper then thru booking agency. When i try to contact them thru email with reclamation there was no answer, they answered afrter 3rd times with opedians, they have 30days reclamation policy... after 40days i ask for resolution no answer again... so at the final i lost 158€ and 2h with my wife and litle kid on airport... just woul like to infom about bad feedback from my side. This company is a scam

I booked a rental 2 hours before I picked it up. I just moved to the city and I get there and they tell me I can’t rent it due to that reason. I Did everything I was told to do by the manager to request a refund or a credit and was denied the refund or a credit. Horrible customer service

In the car rental, they didn't want to provide me with the service and economybooking doesn't want to give me the refund, if you travel better look for another option

I called the customer service and they said that I can get refunded on the same payment method. But when I tried to refund there was no option for that and it forced a refund credit on economy bookings instead. Basically you have to use the money with them.

If I could give it no stars I would. They don’t tell you have to have a major credit card at pick up at air port. Then when you can’t pick up the car your out all that money. Very disappointed

Bait and switch is the game played. No response to issues, will add extras with no ability to correct. One and done customer.
