Solo van a perder su dinero de la reservación, hertz y firefly se negaron a respetar una reservación de esta CIA. Les reclamas y te dicen que no te presentaste. Si la usan y les niegan el servicio que les den por escrito que les están negando el servicio.

realicé una reserva a través de esta app con hertz, al llegar a pedir el coche no tenían disponibles y no me solucionaron por lo que tuve que hacer una reserva nueva

Cuidado!!!!! comparto mi mala experiencia para que nos les pase a ustedes. contrate un servicio de renta de una camioneta en mexico atravez de economybooking.com, y ace rent a car mexico. pagando $182 dolares de anticipo con 45 dias antes. a la llegada de mi viaje no tenian la unidad y no me dieron solucion. me dejaron sin auto y sin dinero. despues de pedir la devolucion de mi dinero por mas de 90 dias. por fin me responden hoy diciendo que nunca me apareci en la sucursal. yo estoy perdiendo 182 dolares y mi tiempo. quizas, pero si ustedes ven este mensaje puedan evitar les pase esto. cuidado!! b68276503 Watch out!!!!! This company is a scam

I booked a rental 2 hours before I picked it up. I just moved to the city and I get there and they tell me I can’t rent it due to that reason. I Did everything I was told to do by the manager to request a refund or a credit and was denied the refund or a credit. Horrible customer service

In the car rental, they didn't want to provide me with the service and economybooking doesn't want to give me the refund, if you travel better look for another option

I called the customer service and they said that I can get refunded on the same payment method. But when I tried to refund there was no option for that and it forced a refund credit on economy bookings instead. Basically you have to use the money with them.

If I could give it no stars I would. They don’t tell you have to have a major credit card at pick up at air port. Then when you can’t pick up the car your out all that money. Very disappointed

Bait and switch is the game played. No response to issues, will add extras with no ability to correct. One and done customer.
