Trial cancellation
The app is great! A great tool for a team to use. Unfortunately I do not require it anymore. I’m currently on trial, left with 3 days for my trial to expire. Battling to find the “cancel trail” option. Followed instructions to cancel but unfortunately I couldn’t locate it. I hope that’s not a way for them to take my money…
Non existent support
I’ve used it for ages and it’s always been ok but I liked it for basic task management and it’s intuitive design. However- trying to migrate data from one asana account to another proved impossible and none of their options worked. In addition I had zero response to multiple support queries. In the end went with ClickUp which allowed me to import direct from Asana and this worked better than moving from one Asana account to another which is nuts!
Worst after-sale service ever
Account manager literally yelled in the meeting because of his own failure in explaining things properly and zero patience with his client’s questions, didn’t even have a functioning computer to share screen. Unprofessional, impatient, horrible attitude.
Minor Issues, But I’m Nitpicking
Great App. I organize my entire workflow within Asana. The mobile App does a decent job, but it’s best to do most of your heavy lifting using their website app (desktop). I would like the ability to add hyperlinks with customized names to tasks, as currently all you can do is add full URLs, which makes the task description look messy. Overall, highly recommend.
Can’t change the language
Really good! But how do you change the language of the app? 😂
Forced to update to ios12
App is forcing me to update my iOS. Can’t use app anymore.

Iv been trying to unsubscribe but I can’t iv even contacted the support team, with no luck of them assisting

Amazing
By far the best project management app I’ve ever used. The premium features are however a little inaccessible, the jump between free and premium is large.With no options in between.
