Hard to use
Don’t mind the browser version, but the app is really frustrating, and hard to use. Too many taps and things always end up all over the place, makes the project messy. If I need to do things fast I end up typing notes elsewhere and then transferring them via browser.
Worth learning
Took me awhile to learn how to use it affectively I ended up paying a consultant to give me some advice which helped me speed things up Asana is very flexible and works very well with Zapier
Mobile App Difficult to Use
I love Asana but the mobile app is frustrating- it doesn’t navigate or work anything like the desktop app. I tend to use the web version rather than the app
iOS calendar syncing suggestion
I would like to see a feature in which Asana tasks can be linked to the iOS calendar.
Missing key features
The app misses the point of the product. Not easy to use, doesn’t have the timeline view and makes poor use of the size of the ipad screen
An expensive to-do-list
Being a platform for Project management ‘dependencies’ for tasks should come as standard. But you have to pay a lot extra to get that feature.

Each to their own. Barely used it for a week. But can see the practicality in it. Better work flow and organising within a small group. Love it so far Update: Something is glitchy about the app today. Everything in one of the project folders is missing Lost about 20 subtasks in one project and dont know how to get them back. Frustrating. Unsure if its sync problem or whatever. Back to 2 stars until i figure out the problem Update: asana has sync problems. Great app, but this could be really inconvenient. Will see if theres a way to back up data incase
Just one more half baked business app
Tries to do a number of things, but does nothing well. Esoteric interface, missing basic functionality. One more app that we have to cross post everything on (I’ve lost count of how many different systems the company now uses) because everyone has their favourite. Only using it because someone in the company decided it was cool and we have to use it.
Disconnect in app verse site
Your iOS app is missing a lot of the development the site has so making this app near unusable.
