Smooth sophisticated app

Surprising and very pleasant app experience. User friendly and intuitive. I was impressed by the visualization of my journey step by step, from checking in, bag drop off, boarding, changing at another airport and the gate, delay and boarding group information updated in advance and in real time. Very well done, design & programming team!

Nice app

In last 2 years I used 4 different apps from different companies and this one is the best one. Everything works on first try and you can see all important information. Nice job

Is this app a Bad Joke??

I booked shortly a flight and go in the night, in the business you dont know in advance when you have to fly but with this airline is impossible just to check in!!! Installed the app, registered and the app requiered to verify the email adrese by link which they sent to my email. After email verification not possible to log in to the app! It say that there already exist another account with my email.. people, my time is expensive, I have no time for such looser company. If you need an contact to a good IT specialist let me know but dont waste my time and do not stress me, because just few hours before the flight.

Unable to check in

App says data download failed even after reinstall. Chat support is useless.

not working most of the time

when working, it’s a fine app for flight management, but unfortunately most of the time the app is not working - constantly asking for internet connection (although I am fully connected) and indeed when the app thinks i’m offline there is absolutely nothing I can do

Good app, bad company

Good app overall, but this airline moved my flight time 3 times, very disappointed. Long wait times when calling to the call centre, over 15 minutes.

Horrible longevity

I fly about once a month, eveey single timw I need to uograde the app!!! I cannot paste the reference when searchin My Booking / Check-In and neother the app remembers the last search for more than few days...

Worst airline app ever

Austrian would do a service to the public if they actually removed the app from the store. Apart from technical glitches, its impossible to log in (because I already have a web account (sic!), check in, or basically do anything. Considering I’m actually paying this company to get me somewhere, the fact that I cannot checking via app is a ridiculous rip off.
