The ÖBB App comes with the following features:
• Tickets for trains, buses, the metro and trams: book your ÖBB tickets & get exclusive online specials such as the Sparschiene Österreich discount fares. You can also book the city tickets and weekly or monthly tickets of Austrian regional transport operators
• Pay your fares on the go with SimplyGo! The handy add-on for the ÖBB App automatically identifies the routes you travelled and calculates the matching public transport fare for your complete journey
• Secure your favourite seat on the Railjet: use the graphic seat reservation
• Find the best fare: see the ÖBB train services sorted by lowest fare first
• ÖBB Account: conveniently and securely store your personal data and means of payment, save your favourite routes, and receive additional exclusive offers (e.g. the Vorteilscard 66 discount card)

Always Horrible Delay.

It is really slow and does not even have apple pay so I didn’t buy the ticket in time and even though i didnt even use the underground the inspextors thought i tried to scam them GG -105€

Could be much better. I only use it because I have no other choice
The new look to the app is pretty sweet. HOWEVER, it seems to be using embedded web pages for everything that’s not the most basic UI element, causing it to feel really slow and choppy. If I could use any other app, I would. Would not recommend! I’m only giving it two stars because I like the new look, in places where it is implemented and is not just a webpage.
Lets make this app better
Guys Could You please • add more options than Mr and Ms for customers which are saved in the app. • why after tickets are bought Output ask to have exactly this device and app. What If tickets were bought on friend’s device and sent as screenshots to mine. I just think that recommendation confuse guys. I like how payment worked. It was quick. Thank You ^^

Very bad app design, almost unusable.
Sehr gelungen
Dieses App benutze ich regelmäßig und funktioniert fast immer problemlos. Schade, dass es auch nicht für iPad optimiert ist. Die Webseite funktioniert schrecklich, also obwohl ich es sehr gerne auf dem Computer oder Tablet auf der Webseite kaufen möchte, dauert es ewig. Bitte machen Sie etwas damit!! Zum Glück ist das App viel schneller.

It is not working properly, they charged me on two credit cards, on each the app did not show the tickets and said that the payment didnt go thru...
