Back to the 2000’s

If you want to reminisce what apps were like back around 2008 this one is perfect. An attempt to put the website on a phone with no functionality and full of bugs. It just shows the dire financial position Hertz must be in if they can’t afford to develop an app better than this.

Epic Failure

The app never works.. Hertz should be embarrassed to have this junk app… fix it or bin it!

Terrible App

The app is slow and clunky and has been for years and years! There is now an option to upgrade the app but even this doesn’t work. How can Hertz allow such a terrible app to be allowed.

Awful

The app is basically a poor browser of the website. Totally wasting anyone’s time. Avoid and just use the website. Constantly fails to work.

Bad app. As the title, but when I try to upgrade the app there is no upgrade. I have gold star membership and this is very frustrating. Sort it Hertz!

Unusable App

Does not work - waste of time. Apple should have deleted from AppStore. It is criminal to have have this here

Very poor presentation - refresh times are long, functionality suggestive of a product designed years ago onto which updates are constantly bolted

Horrific

The app developers should be embarrassed about the way this app continually fails to operate correctly. Don’t bother downloading get over to another hire company and save your time!!

Terrible quality app

I can only assume you sourced your app developers from fiverr! It doesn’t store login details. It constantly displays a nag screen telling me to update the app despite no updates available. It’s faster to book a car on the web page or by crawling to my nearest branch with one leg tied to a tortoise. Seriously, at least try to be a player.
