Bookings never load!

Scammers 3 times took my money no van still no refund

Stay away terribly run business very good at taking your money for vehicles that they dint have in stock

App is very glitchy

The app is very glitchy and temperamental: - Sometimes the vehicle picture shows, sometimes it says image not available (same booking, same vehicle) - After clicking on booking, the round loading wheel keeps going and freezes, have to restart the app (same thing happens repeatedly) - Online check in button doesn't work even though it keeps telling me to check in

App doesn’t work properly

Need to change my booking on the app and it is full of glitches

Unable to check in

Unable to check in for booking made via third party booking site. There seems to be no other way to check-in apart from using the app.

Cancelled

After I reserved and payed online for a car,they cancelled my reservation on the day of collection due to a so called soft check on me,I don’t really have a problem with that.but my main problem is if I was allowed to do a reservation and payment online,I should have also been able to know wether I will be approved or not so that I can look elsewhere.but cancellation on the day is a no no and to make matters even worse they hold your money for 3 to 14 days.

Buggy app

App is too buggy. Tried importing a reservation several times but it won’t show it in the bookings tab even after after saying import was successful. Tried to email the UK reservations team from within the app but email just stalls and won’t send. On a brand new iPhone 15. Shoddy app.

Unable to register

I’ve been trying to register in the app for several days already At the last step it says “Oops.. something wrong happened. Please try again later” Sounded like a backend issue, so I tried another day. Guess what? The same! I hope an international company like this can fix the login process in the app, which is essential to earn money, can’t it?

Poor. Glitching

Photo scan features don’t work Clicking on app takes you to previous screen half the time. Rewrite

App is good; Europcar are muppets

The app works well and very efficient for booking a car. Unfortunately Europcar the car hire company are a bunch of clueless clowns so overall this service is best avoided. Their customer service is utterly abysmal and they have under invested in technology for so long that any issue has to go back to the branch which is impossible to get hold of. Europcar is great if you have no issues, but woe betide you if you have any problems as you will be facing a grim experience and many hours waiting for them to answer the phone.
