A quanto pare se vivi fuori UK non puoi accedere all’app. Ho comprato un biglietto tramite ticketmaster per un concerto a Londra e i biglietti mi dovrebbero arrivare su questa inutile app. Ovviamente impossibile accedere.

Sono mesi che ho acquistato 2 biglietti ma non riesco ad accedere alla app … continua a dire che qualcosa è andato storto nonostante che il nome è la password siano ok. Vorrei avere una soluzione Grazie
Outside UK is not working and I can’t access my tickets
This is ridicolous! I bought Taylor Swift tickets and even though I can access to the website, in order to see and use my tickets I have to access the App. Only issue is that there is a bug and I can not enter the app, in goes in loading in loop. The only explanation customer support gave me is that I leave outside UK. Are you really kidding me?! Do they pretend that only people leaving in UK would by tickets for UK concerts?! And how I will know that it will work when I need go use my really expensive tickets?!
Keep getting login error
Impossibile to login cause i keep receiving the oops something went wrong error, my tickets are at risk as i write.

Impossible to create account
It’s been days now that I’m trying to set up an account and every time I get the same message “something went wrong, contact customer service”, only to fail in receiving any reply whatsoever! A nightmare of an app
App doesn’t work outside UK
Awful, awful service and customer support. I boight Taylor Swift tickets and I don’t have access to them through my phone! How am I going to attend the concert without access to tickets? Customer service only reply was that maybe it doesn’t work because I live outside UK. So when I am suppose to find it out? The day of the concert? Unbelievable
