Is this app still useful atm? Because after I login they ask me to confirm my phone number but they don’t send me the verification code, an error occurs all the time even when trying a different number, I am sick of this because I was planning to buy some tickets for a concert and I need to login to access my tickets
Not working
I can not create an acount. I try 4 hours.
unable to transfer tickets
It's been 4 months now since trying to transfer two tickets to an event I cannot attend. In the app, the "transfer" button does not exist. Help or support is plain idiotic, they keep directing me to the same 3-4 prefabricated "answers" which are useless as they don't address my problem.

I am trying ever since May this year to make the app work. I just can’t log in no matter how much I am trying. I tried contacting everyone I could but they didn’t make it work... this is strating to be annoying

This app is the worse ticketing app. I have tickets I can’t get access to because it won’t let me create an account. I’ve spent 20 hours trying to work through their live help desk issue but it’s pointless. There is no real person available to help you. What a scam!
Mugger company
Absurd "service fee" that's almost as high as the ticket price. Unable to get a refund even if the show is cancelled. Not to mention the poorly developed app that is no different than a webpage and ia almost unusable on a phone.
App does not work
After buying tickets on this app the past two years, can no longer purchase. App says there is a problem with my payment method. Credit card company says the problem is on this vendors end, not theirs. Please do an update to resolve this issue.
Terrible app
Not worth the space on your phone. It is worthless for buying tickets. I tried multiple times over two days to buy tickets. Finally was able to contact the venue during business hours and told them I had trouble with the app and was informed that I should never use the app, just call to buy. Just another deadbeat app trying to skim money.
