Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking

Had to delete and reinstall the app. It was taking up 7.9gb of my phone’s storage. This is was by far the largest app on my phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous that such a basic banking app can take up that much space on someone’s device

Update has completely logged me out from my account, in the app and online, then locked my account, even though I inserted correct details, rediculous app

The bank of Ireland app is brilliant and the scam and theft crew are brilliant they don’t mess about and they keep privacy love the app and would recommend

So easy to use. Have all my accounts in one place. Easy to login and get payments done.

Truly horrendous. The people who designed and made this app should A. Hang their head in shame B Resign and let some competent people run it. This bank is a national scandal.

The APP is very antiquated & slow to use. It takes way longer to do simple transactions on this APP compared to similar other banking apps.

If you want another source of stress in your life. Download if. In comparison to Revolut, this app is 10 years behind.

This app is very poor with constant issues from the biometric login failing since a week after it’s introduced to difficulties generally navigating the app. Obviously the developer doesn’t use it

Out of all my banking apps by far this one is the most bugged and has the least features. Whoever developed this app should issue the bank a refund. At times it is unusable leaving you with no banking service at all.

Fast improvement on its previous incarnations. Easy to pay bills and transfer money. How would I put it about the app? I am not perfect, but I am excellent!
