You can now set daily limits (up to €/£ 20,000) on payments from eligible accounts. Also, Republic of Ireland customers who are primary credit cardholders can now permit additional cardholders to see more details, including real time balance and statements for the card.

It exists

It just exists. It does the bare minimum you could expect from a bank app. Pretty funny how it just manages to scrape through as functional.

2.2gb storage?!

This is ridiculous! My other bank app only takes 131mb (and work a 1000 times better). This app is also not user friendly at all. Why is not possible to search through your transactions by text, only by date?!

Won’t connect and hard to navigate

I can’t use the app on my mobile data, it says I have to have a WiFi connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issue. Difficult to view bank statements. Very frustrating and not user friendly.

Illogical, not user friendly

Not user friendly: some required fields for input (see payees) do not seem to be essential, and transactions do not show up in chronological order. For a best practice, please have a look at the ING app. Perhaps something to learn from.

Barely opens half the time

App is slow and doesn’t open efficiently or fast
