You can now set daily limits (up to €/£ 20,000) on payments from eligible accounts. Also, Republic of Ireland customers who are primary credit cardholders can now permit additional cardholders to see more details, including real time balance and statements for the card.

How is it possible that in 2022 this app still doesn’t have any biometric login option ??

Worst banking application of the whole world

Worst UI and UX. Not’s native application. Is too slow. Too inusable. Bad menus and options. A lot of crashes. Come on... Who have done it?

the app is not working

Hi, I am trying to set up a device, but after entering ID and PIN, I have not received any SMS. Could you please help with this? Thanks

Horrible service

Disgustingly bad, extremely cumbersome to use - especially on laptop. Bank of Ireland shows utter contempt for its clients. Like others, I am leaving Bank of Ireland very shorty - as soon as I make time to set myself up with a different bank.

Disaster

What a terrible app, seems to reflect Bank of Ireland perfectly... unprofessional and links in the app go to a full size web page rather than a nice sized page that fits your phone screen! I give up with app developers that release broken apps! Maybe they should talk to Santander to see what a mobile bank app should be like! Edit: I have downloaded the new app and it is still a disappointment, I can only think BoI is thinking of leaving Banking!
