If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with your Online Banking username and password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.
The password for the Online Banking website is unchanged and maintained separately.

It’s been a year I’ve tried logging in your new app but it doesn’t seem to work! I even visited my branch of account but they don’t seem to find any answer at all?!
Otp problem
It’s been 3 days trying to get an otp I didn’t receive any!!!!
Worst Mobile Banking App
Installed, registered and go through long process only to be unable to pay my monthly bill. If only there were other banks that accept this bill I would never open an account on this worst bank.
Cant send money online
When i was using the old app, i can do all my transactions very fast. But after updating it,i can no longer send money online 😒!
Useless app
You cant log in even if you entered the correct user name and password. You cant even reset your password and wont receive OTP. Needed to be scrapped! Frustrating and infuriating.
Acct. opening problem
This app needs to be delete by the provider, its useless, we cant use it online even though we had a correct user id and password… very1000x worst..!!!
OTP problem
Whats the use of having this account. If i cant open it through this App. I dont receive OTP no matter what i do. Please explain and need your assistance in this situation.
