Not functioning!

Once again BDO changes its app for their online users. And once again the app do not work. And this is one of the Philippines biggest bank.

App keeps saying that password is incorrect and will lock my account.

Can’t transfer money and hindi real time ang update ng accounts. Bakit ang bulok ang hassle

Hoping that BDO team under this app could apply back some features of the OLD app, the BDO Digital Banking which is so friendly especially to users and customers handling Foreign currencies in their accounts. This new app only focuses on easy transactions but forget the main options that other users loved before. Hoping that they will put back the old App if they can’t apply the same features as of the old app. Features such as detailed information of exchange rates, transfer from own account; dollar to peso, fast update of account balances and notifications.

BDO APP IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.TRIED LOGGING I WEBSITE IT WORKING but when i tries the app using same user and password its says that wrong user or password.

East west bank recently updated their app too and it works seamlessly! This BDO app is nothing but an inconvenience! I had to delete my old profile, recreate a whole new profile- wait for 2 days and guess what- this app is not recognizing it! The profile works on web but not on this app. Isn’t stupid? Before i deleted my profile thru CS, i used this app too and it was nothing but useless! It can only let you see your accounts and balances. All transactions doesnt work. It will say- pending or under processing and it never goes thru! It’s a stupid built!

i Tried the application since i have account on bdo online . i tried to send money to bdo to bdo account and always notice to unable to send money ! Can you fix this problem ? I thought BDO we find ways ? And why this things happen?

Please fix your new online banking app as i cant online bank transfer. You shouldnt have deleted the old app that works fine rather than this trash app.
