Username is different from the website and old bdo app. And even if you managed to key in your logon credentials, there's no otp being sent AT ALL - how do you expect us to login and use this app?!

I updated to new app but all info from favourites just gone missing. Update: I can no longer login. Keep on showing error message. Tried to install for a couple of times but no luck. Reverted to using laptop instead. Really bad user experience.

I can use same login id and password on website but on app, it says incorrect login id and password. Weird app

Auto email said need to use this mobile application but when tried to log in its sharing cannot login. There is no issue with existing application. Is this new application is used for keylogger to hack the users cause its not responding correctly.

The only account automatically enrolled from BDO Unibank App is my CC. It is telling me that I am not linked to my own account. Such a huge bug which is could be a huge inconvenience on March 12.

Couldn’t log in

using same credentials, i was able to log in on old bdo app but not on this new app! what a waste! this should be fixed b4 terminating the usage of the old version.

When sending money u r not getting a confirmation, not sure money goes thruuu,haist, what for nee to switch in this apps, it more worst.

Cannot receive an OTP and therefore cannot login at all. Old version able to do so.

When sending money you are not getting a confirmation and the screen is going back to confirm button. Then suddenly multiple requests was made, you are not sure if the money goes thru and doesn’t even notify you properly.
