BDO Online

1. Difficult to login, saying I’m locked but I can access my account online, no work around to sort it. Also, I live abroad so it just makes it more difficult. 2. All my saved biller were deleted (like PLDT) 3. Slow

When I try to send money to someone’s bdo account, it will not let me. I entered all details etc, then when I press confirm, it is just not responding. Can you fix this please? Thanks

Downloaded the app so I could easily have access to my account. I was able to log in on the BDO website, however, I couldn’t log in on my phone thru this app. It kept on saying incorrect password, but whenever I try it on their website, I can successfully log in. I hope this issue could be addressed.

This app is up to date on my phone and yet my accounts isn’t showing online. And sometimes, it always gives an error message. Very unuseful.

Stupid app!

Among all the BANKING mobile Apps in the Philippines. Yours tops the list of being the WORST. Why? a. Hard to register on the phone B. LONG WINDED in registering to phone . C. Too much or too extreme security features that even the customer can t get through ( it is not our fault if your BANKING SYSTEM is easily HACK by SCAMMERS. In the first place , you should have INVESTED MORE on CYBER SECURITY and SAFETY FEATURES on youR BANKING SYSTEM that is SAFE and SECURE but easy for your CUSTOMER to follow. NOT OVERBURDENING your CLIENTS with so much CONVULUTED SECRURITY QUESTIONS and OTPS.. )

This mobile app is so unreliable, I need to open a browser for the actual online banking. When you have a transaction and you live overseas the app doesn’t make any access easier so the payments you have to make gets delayed. It almost always crashes too especially when you’re moving money around.

I loved this app at first, but when I needed to update my password, it logged me out and couldn’t recognize my new login! I managed to log in on the website as well as on the old BDO app but this one’s not letting me log in and even locked me out! Unbelievable. Why can’t Philippines improve our banking experience???

Always prompting wrong username & password. It’s a hassle using this app.
