BDO Online

I keep on seeing notification in the old app that I have to download this useless BDO Online app. But every time I log in its asking me for an OTP sent to my registered mobile number but I NEVER received one. And my account was blocked and need to reset my password. And of course, upon reset, its asking an OTP! It’s terrible finance app. You put out accounts at risk! The current app and website login does not have any issue. This new BDO online app is junk! Tak note reminder says I can only use the old app until July 31 as they will transition to new BDO app in August! This is ridiculous! Take action on this!

How can you be a bank and yet make it difficult for us to send money to apps like gcash.

It does not sync with the online version on the transactions. It’s also a hassle and very rigid to add additional phone as back up. Did not ever consider people owning an account from overseas. Too sloppy

Notifications only arrive once you open the app, making them useless

If there’s Zero star, I would do it. Nothing works on this app. I can’t believe they would launch a “new and improved” app that brings nothing to user but frustrations. I would log in and it would say wrong password and would suggest to reset my password?? I know my password is correct because I just opened my account on a Safari browser! What’s up BDO, can’t find a good developer to fix this issue?

Don't announce that you will deactivate the old up and replace it with this new app. When it doesn't even work. It doesn't even let me log-in.

I just got notified that the older app, which works FINE, is being deactivated in August. Please don’t do this until you CAN TRANSFER USD ACCOUNT TO PHP ACCOUNT IN THE APP. I can do this on the old app so easily; it’s not even an option on this app. Otherwise it’s fine but you’re taking away one of the main things I use it for. If you want to migrate apps, KEEP ALL THE OPTIONS, don’t take them away. Haysss.

White background is too bright especially using the app at night.
