App needs attention
Always asking for OTP. Emailed BDO callcenter numerous times they were never helpful to the point that they are not responsive to my concern anymore. Even went to visit the BDO branch I have an account in, they were still not able to help despite updating my number. It was even the same regustered mo ile number I was using in the old app which was working fine. I am considering switching banks. They don’t pay give attention to users who are unble to access their funds due to useless OTP ek ek.
