Description
beorg is a to-do list and task manager app that puts you in control. You can see what needs to be done on a weekly agenda from the moment you open the app. From simple task lists to managing complex projects, beorg helps you keep on top of work, family and everything else. Files are synced in the plain text Org mode file format to iCloud, Dropbox, WebDAV, a folder in another app, or Box*.
beorg is free to use with optional extensions available as individual in-app purchases - or become a beorg Premium subscriber to unlock everything.

Well designed app
I left all other apps for this one. Still working on preparing server with emacs. Especially synchronization is very good.
Has promise ...
I dig the concept (I was searching for an emacs app when I came open beorg) but it feels half baked so it won’t be replacing my existing solid cross platform tasking app. But I’ll keep my eye on it and test it as updates come so who knows, it may win out in the end. I do wish the developer mondo good luck and well wishes on his quest ...

Great alternative
I loved TrunkNotes, and used it for many years. I was sad to see the developer had discontinued supporting it. Really glad to see this new app from the same developer. Just as TrunkNotes is a different kind of notes app, Beorg is a different kind of agenda/task app. I downloaded the app and purchased all the extensions immediately to support the developer, although the basic app is free and works perfectly well. TrunkNotes is brilliant, and I'm hoping to see the new app develop along interesting lines.
Great organization Todo app
I'm tried a ton of to do apps, could stick to any of them. I'm not really in to emacs on PC either. But this app is great, I very much love how you setup this app, the flow of it and it's complex simplicity. Thanks.
Well thought out
If you ever tried to write an org mode parser you realize that it’s a fantastic beast that is very hard to develop a static implementation for it (there is just too much possibility). This app manages to sort that out. It leaves your files intact and just edits what matters. To top it off they implemented a lisp like scheme repl for customizing your own toolbar and editing preferences akin to a vim like modal editing. I love it so much. The last update added support for repeated events. Which was amazing. I wouldn’t be surprised if eventually they implement the whole org mode manual. Only thing left is the Apple Watch to get these features(view all notes, append to note. Prepend to note. Schedule note. If you can’t do that add a thing that could be like a scrap note that you can add to a note or headline later so you can keep all thoughts in app) Anyway super love the app. Keep up good work.
