beorg is a to-do list and task manager app that puts you in control. This app for getting organised is based on orgmode, which is an organiser mode for the venerable and somewhat arcane Emacs editor. But don't let that frighten you. You don't need to understand Emacs to use this app. Spend some time learning Beorg and I guarantee you that you will find it the best organiser, reminder and todo software you can get. Set up different files for all the areas of your life ; set up as many tags as you like to narrow your todos down a little more ; set up templates to make it easy to create todos in each file ; learn the search syntax and save searches to "float" your daily and weekly todos to the top. It sounds complicated but this app is really worth it. It's the only app I have found that is finally allowing me to bring some order to the chaos of my life.
