I wanted to send money to my defi wallet and never received it when I contacted customer support they replied once and never again My only option was to send in a defi wallet as soon as i did that they told me the currency doesn’t exist in defi wallet so its just gone
It was a great app at first, easy to deposit money and withdraw money, high fees but it being this useful made it okay. Since January Blockchain.com has refused to give me my funds back which I tried to withdraw but the account got flagged. They always reply after a few days and keep asking for more information and literally asking you to do the work for them. Unless your account doesn’t get flagged it’s fine, the moment support comes into play it’s the worst support team I’ve ever had to deal with.
Ça fait depuis le mois de novembre que blockchain à mon argent et que je ne peux pas le récupérateur. Vous êtes des voleurs j'ai perdu 500€ que je ne verrai jamais. Une honte. Il demande d'envoyer des documents et je l'ai fais 5 fois et je n'ai jamais eu une réponse. On ne sait même pas parler à une personne mais à un robot. Vous êtes des voleurs

Unfortunately not something to trust I made an deposit from my bank and they are holding my money for around 10 days They want the bank statements if it’s me or not But I deposited it from my own bank so I don’t understand why would they need my bank statements I called the bank about it and they told me to not send the bank statements to them cause it’s not there business to have your bank statements I will never send money to the blockchain again
Ik wacht nu bijna een maand op mijn geld er staat nogsteeds pending , klanten service doet er ook vrij weinig
Not your keys, not your wallet! I’ve had a terrible experience with their support, borderlining power abuse. I lost money because they just do whatever they please to do. Stay clear and go for a decentralised wallet to make sure you always stay in full control of your own money!
