Terrible app. No support. I verified myself to silver and still could not purchase any crypto what so ever. Just error after error messages. If you are from NZ, don’t waste your time with this app. As it clearly doesn’t cater for us. Wish they told us when we sign up that it won’t be available for us. At least save us some time
Scam - AVOID!
This is the worst wallet. I deposited $7,200 NZD into the wallet. I logged in and it showed up then 20mins later when I logged back in it had been sent to someone else’s wallet. I have contacted the support team twice with no response BEWARE this wallet is a scam and the customer service do not exist.

Cannot withdrawal less than 2500 usd to a bank account not in the US

Money stolen, avoid like the plague
Terrible, after creating a wallet and buying my first crypto currency, this service allowed someone else to transfer the coin out of my wallet. I’ve lost my money. Criminal.
UPDATE: despite the developers feedback below I still think you should avoid it like the plague. The developer provides the link to fill in a form and get my issue investigated, however I had already filled that in. My complaint ticket has never been addressed.
Considering all I did was purchase ETH and send it to my wallet, I don’t see how I could have fallen victim to a scam, unless blockchain itself is the scam. An unauthorised, unrequestrd transfer was carried out to remove all my eth and place it in another wallet I have never seen or heard of.
Repeat: avoid like the plague, don’t let the developer respond with a fob off trying to shift the blame. Mr developer I invite you to actually do something about my complaint ticket and respond to show what you’ve done. No more fob offs!!!
Update 2. As requested by the developer, here is my support ticket number: 2237260. Lodged in March 22, 2021, I never got a response, despite sending a follow up email on March 30th, blockchains support staff have never made contact. Mr developer what’s the story?
