Simply the worst platform with the worst support ever, for the second time now they put a hold on my transaction , I sent several messages to the support and they simply ignore it everytime. There's no telephone number to call, you simply have no other option but to wait forever for them to sort any kind of problem. Avoid blockchain at all costs, use Binance.
This app is not allowing me to put my bank details so that I can transfer my cash back. Seems like a fraudulent app.
I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 180,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of cryptotechguru67 (At) gmail So I file a report on and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to cryptotechguru67 (At) Gmail.
Don’t be fooled! Not worth trying
I bought wrapped gold and stellar lumens on the same day and could see them in my wallet. One day, the wrapped gold which I bought for about £100 disappeared from my account. I emailed and was told that it was there and that I had to check properly. I did that, but still could not find it. About three weeks ago, I received a notification that I had transferred my wrapped gold to another account (the same wrapped gold that I could not see in my account). I emailed again to complain and up until now there’s been no response. I don’t feel safe leaving my crypto with yourselves if you’re not able to account for them in my account no matter how small it may be.
I’ve been blocked out of passive rewards on earn due to illogical rules and policies. Extremely slow support responses (like 3 weeks plus) make it impossible to get any sense from this company

When I withdraw 600 pounds and the team email me to provide the bank statements, I already provided it. But I still have not received a reply, it takes half a month until now. When I found the support team and give my ticket number,it always said that we have nothing to do, it transferred to the proper department and cancel the chat.
Very unhappy with this App and ended up losing money : (
Better than Coinbase, better than Binance. Blockchain app allow me to deposit with my GBP! Thanks a lot for the brilliant Blockchain Team!!!
