As of now, it’s been 2 months since my transaction has been pending in this platform and you all saying it will br rectified. Blockchain is supposed to be the best and safest platform but I am starting to feel lied to or worse, used. I don’t see any reason why this transaction would take 2 months and why I haven’t gotten my refund yet. The excuses from your custom representatives doesn’t add up considering a lot of things. Why is this happening?!
If you sell 1 BTC in Blockchain.com and Binance.com, Binance will give you 1200€ more with todays rate (6.4.2022). No customer support also. Stay away.
I have written several emails and still no reply from your support or customer service unit. Bitcoin has left my wallet for over 10 days and still pending, recipient still haven’t received anything. The only mail I got says there’s a problem with my wallet and will be rectified by the appropriate department and that is all I have been told till now. My tickets numbers are #3260587 and #3277431
I had this app long time ago, I received email from them and I fund my account. My account was verified and gold member. After when they received the money they hold it. We contact the customer service they say we are agent we can’t answer your question. I think it’s better next money to recall My fund back from my bank. I’m really disappointed. They even don’t give you a time only asap for 5 days even they still telling u ASAP.
Everything was ok until I buy some BTC then funds disappeared and profile doesn't load in web or app interfaces. Contacted support no response.. Don't use this scammer app, this should not be on any platform.
I downloaded the app as I wanted to buy Ethereum and Stellar. The app states Credit Card fee is 2% but as suprise, on top of that, I lost value of 4% of the coins, so the total fee is 6%! Ethereum was 1705$ and they sold it to me 1774$! You cant see the rate you are buying, not even after the transaction, I had to calculate it by looking history rate data. These people should be in jail. Avoid if you dont want to lose money!
Looks slightly better than something from 1998. As intuitive as a monkey with heatstroke trying to get a doughnut in a vending machine.
You don’t use this service and if you use theirs instagram message, there you can come hacked. I Don’t trust this service anymore, there was someone who tried to ask backup words and when you didn’t give those, started this person very pushy and rude. You can loose your crypto if you trust this app.
Totally unusable at the moment, permanent freezes and crashes.
Looks very unprofessional app to any native finn. Translate better please.
