I reached out to their support team many times and even have screenshots. For the prepared meals, if you submit your orders for multiple weeks in advance, it will only register the next order but will continuously revert the following weeks back to the items that you order the least. Therefore, it keeps changing my orders to all the meals that I HATE. I even go in and rate all those meals with 1 star over and over again, yet it keeps reverting to the stuff I never order like tofu and vegetarian chili. Customer service does not care even though I have screenshots proving that I submitted different orders well in advance.
Further, the expiration dates are super quick so you can’t eat the meals in the order you want. You have to eat exactly the order they want because they give you at least 2 meals that expire every day in a 10 meal plan. And for whatever reason their salmon supposedly doesn’t expire for a week?!?! I have never in my life heard of salmon that lasts for a week in the fridge.
I’m very frustrated. After numerous weeks of throwing away all my meals of tofu that I never selected, I am finally cancelling.
Excellent Meals
I am not a cook, but I can follow these recipes because they are very exact. I especially love the variety of gnocchi. I have never liked gnocchi until I started making these. All the meals are delicious, but I especially like the easy ones. The flatbread recipes are another favorite.

Highly recommended Blue Apron
I am not the best cook and Blue Apron has helped me to make good meals without putting too much effort into figuring out how to do it. They usually turn out good and are usually pretty easy. The app is super easy to use. I recommend this to friends and family all the time.
They might send you orders you didn’t chose
At best, Blue Apron is kind of expensive, but it’s a nice alternative to going to a restaurant, because at least they take care of the shopping for a home cooked meal. Recipes can range from Grade “B” to “A”. So why only 2 stars? Because they automatically ship every week, and unless you remember to check the order, you will probably receive something that you have no interest in eating, and they will charge you a lot for it. This happens to me every couple of months, and the boxes are expensive enough that it is really frustrating to pay for something you don’t want. For this reason, I do not recommend Blue Apron.
Blue apron meals
Meals are well prepared and easily prepared in 30 minutes . Portions are perfect and everything I need including instructions are easy to follow. Also learned how to cook with different ingredients and spices . Also very affordable and easy to change recipe if we don’t like what is being prepared for that week. Able to cancel week if we are traveling or busy with holiday
No food wasted!
We love blue apron not just for the wide variety of tasty meals, but also for giving us a way to being a zero foot waste household.
They also have excellent customer service. If there is a missing knickknack bag, you can report it in the app and they respond right away and make it right.
We have been using blue apron since 2021 and have no plans to stop.

Delivery tracker no longer works after new update.
After a point less ui update the delivery tracker no longer works so I had to wait until 9 pm and not eat anything expecting my delivery to randomly show up with no tracker
New app format
The new format is not as user friendly as the previous. It does not make menu items appealing.
