Login doesn't allow users to autofill using password managers. Can't paste the password either. Do you expect users to walk around with passwords on sticky notes?

This app used to be very good but now with recent update, it is looking to send authentication via SMS service to an Indian number. Me as a NRI account holder dont have option to send SMS to the designated Indian number and hence cant use this app anymore.

Can’t able login with new update

I am NRI user with joint account with my family member. I can’t use app on my phone because of this new sim card update. As an NRI i can legally operate saving account if its joint. But due to this new update not able to log in.

I use iPhone 14 Pro Max and after updation of the HDFC mobile banking app I am unable to register even though there is no problem with my registered mobile number, I have raised a request with HDFC support and waiting their reply

I’m an NRI and have a international number. Anytime HDFC updates software. I can’t log in, asked to verify my phone number I send text 10 times but can’t get verification code. I think HDFC can do a better job.

The new app is pure frustration

Tried getting my phone number linked to the “new and improved “ app and to say it’s frustrating is an understatement as it just will not recognize the phone number. The old app was so much better.

New App Update needs to be fixed for non-sim users

The new app, especially for NRI users is terrible. Also, if I’m using a non-sim device like an I-pad, this app is null and void. I will never will be able to use the HDFC Bank app on IPad with the new sim and PIN requirement. This is a good security measure from the bank but how are NRIs or non-sim genuine device users use this app?
