Guys, literally since years you are getting terrible user feedbacks for connectivity. Are you intending to do anything about this or not? My PI5s are also not connecting properly to an iPhone 13 with the most recent iOS. And, yes, I do have the latest firmware version. :-(
Kopfhörer lassen sich nicht einmal connecten. Wirklich unbrauchbar, wie man eine solche App launchen kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Not what i expect from B&W… please fix the connection Bug… also that we have no control over the app to tweak the Sound…. Realy a shame for such a Brand.
Meine PX7 kann sich nicht mit dieser App verbinden, obwohl die Kopfhörer mit dem iPhone über Bluetooth verbunden sind. Entkoppelt. Neu runtergeladen. Nichts.
Schlechteste App das ich bis jetzt gesehen habe.
The app is not working well on iOS. It always drops connection, does not automatically connect when I open the case etc. i expect more from an app in todays age. Unfortunately it is the only one available for my PI7 buds
Since quite a while I want to create an account, but the app tells me there is no connection to the cloud? Do i get software updates now as there is no connaction? How should i register my products?
Since I got a new iPhone, my headphones are b’uetooth connected but not working.
Even though the headphone has been perfectly connected by Bluetooth, the app cannot find it…….
The PI4 is just one of so many on the market. But it has a feature that makes it unique in the neckband in ears. And that is multipoint. And in order to use multipoint and manage connections there is an app…. That does start 1 out of 10 times with luck and patience. So multipoint has no sense when it cannot be managed. The PI4 is therefor just… useless for me. I have other in ears with neckband that are at least as good or better in all other areas e.g. ANC. Sony WI-1000XM2 as an example.
