Almost never connects even when the device is connected to my phone. I’ll look at ratings on an app when choosing my next headphones. Given the app is how you do a lot of control over the device this is a major flaw that they’ve failed to fix. I’ve owned a pair of floor standing B&W speakers for 20 years and love them. This experience has shown they’re out of their league in personal audio. For what these cost it’s not worth it.
Well, what a nightmare, connecting these to an IPhone 12 is nearly impossible. 7 goes at getting them connected. Well for a premium price product, they can do this better. Disappointed..and the buds need new firmware, they are not punchy, rather boring and dull
This app has never really worked over the last few years. In a newer twist, it now has managed to have the same pair of headphones listed twice (would’ve thought IDs were unique but hey), but can’t connect to either of them, and has also forgotten the product has been registered. So I could register them 3 times, or none, but good odds if I do they won’t remember the registration anyway. Here’s hoping warranty’s never needed.
Just another person among many for whom the app fails to connect to the headphones and is thus rendered useless. Do better B&W.
I used to have a lot of issues connecting with my iPhone or iPad but recently that has improved to almost 100% success even when I am actually listening to another source altogether and not connected to the device I am operating the app on. It took awhile but they got their. Good job guys.
App worked well, however after the latest update I can no longer select (activate) connection from the history menu. This was the main function I used the app. Please fix ASAP thank you.
Great headphones; absolutely useless app! Absolute nightmare to connect to app. Have done a complete reset, deleted and reinstalled app, deleted from Bluetooth connection and then reconnected. Can play music but app may as well not exist. This occurs every time. App requires reboot of phone and/or re-pairing with phone and/or re-downloading of app. It’s a totally substandard platform as evidenced by all the other reviews. And nothing gets done to fix it. Maybe I’ll get a generic response to this review but would rather see a new app. Zero stars.
This app is quite limited and really needs EQ settings for the headphone similar to B&O headphone app
