Bowers & Wilkins Headphones

The app simply won’t connect to the headphones most of the time. I’ve tried resetting everything multiple times. It’s been like this for over a year, so the app is practically useless. Since the app won’t connect, the headset itself loses some of its very cool features, such as the adjustable ambient pass-though filter. Looking forward to using the app again when it works at all!

10 months since last update?

Seems unable to connect with the headphones 9/10 times. Was never a problem with the old app, so I’m using that instead.

Now that would be a thing. Save last used ambient pass-through settings, or create my own profile with ambient pass-through. Now I have to set the same settings EVERY time! Irritating.

Will not connect to my PI5 S2’s. I try to add them, it shows it’s found them, but then says unable to connect and to use the Bowers and Wilkins music app to continue. I’ve already connected them to that app. But this app, I used for other setting changes. This worked with my PI5 S1’s. But not the S2’s?? Why can’t there just be a solid good app?!

Won’t let me update firmware says battery needs to be 50 percent to be able to upgrade the firmware, but the battery is at 100%

Just hopped on an overseas flight trusty BWs PI7s and they are connected to bluetooth can see them in app but will not play music so yeah great 12 hour flt no earphones 3rd flight where I am without earbuds. Will get some BOSE

They sound great but won’t connect to app so I can’t choose what blue tooth I want them to connect to. Expect better for B&W

The biggest problem with this app is that it rarely works; it is usually unable to connect to my PX 7 headphones. Despite several requests for support, B&W does not fix it.
