Can it be more useless?

The app doesn’t detect my PX headphones… so I can’t do anything

New app update crashes

Recently it never recognizes the headphones. I have to remove and re-add them to connect.

App works well

App works well with newly received PX7. Would really appreciate if you could add EQ ability please.

Won’t connect; constant reinstall

This poorly made app won’t connect. If I delete it and reinstall it will work. Don’t use it for a awhile, won’t connect. Delete, install, delete, install.... it’s pathetic!

It simply doesn’t work anymore

Don’t upgrade you might lose the ability to connect your headphones. This app is not working.

Headphones don’t stay connected

As another reviewer indicated, the headphones don’t stay connected and it requires many attempts to even try a connection. Initially was not a problem. Surprised that B&W would have this issue of pairing failures repeatedly

Used to work Great, now not so much

This app used to be quite solid with my PX headphones. Since the last update, when I open the app it can’t connect to my headphones forcing me to remove them, and add them again. Every. Time. Truly frustrating.

Good but not great

Compared to other headphone apps (Sony, Bose) this is much cleaner and works better. Still not at that AirPod level of software but I guess that’s a lot to ask. Overall pretty good.

Works as advertised, upgrades are needed

I bought my PX7 recently and they are simply WOW. Better than the B&O I had recently. The app is good for the phone but for the iPad it reverts to the phone app so it is sideways and awkward to use. That being said it does work as they said and is exactly as they said. Upgrades would be welcome however. Needs to have: 1. IPad dedicated app or at least the ability to flip landscape. 2. Some sound EQ or similar. The only adjustments are for volume and there is nothing to tailor the sound to an individual preference. 3. Bacon, everything gets better with Bacon.
