No iwatch

Is one of my favorites but without iwatch useless.

Love this app and advise it to clients!

This is the best free breathing app i’ve encountered so far! It’s easy to use, intuitive and beautiful. I love how you can adapt everything but there are also pre-set functions for if you’re new to breathwork. Love it! It would be even better with apple watch and iphone mindfulness tracking integration.

Very effective + simple + brilliant

Very well at up UI!!!

Simple and effective

It has everything that I need, but if I had to improve it somehow, i would add just a bit of a warm up with two or three little breaths then it goes to the longer breaths, kinda what the apple watch does before it starts, justo bring the attention to the breath, but it's a pretty simple and effective app.

Truly a piece of art, selfless service and engineering

I love this app’s minimalist yet fully functional approach to bringing breathing based health benefits to its users. I wanted to pay for this app just as a thank you but could not find a way. I read a review where the developer used to have in-app donations but then removed them since they affected download rates and has just continued to offer it for free. Thank you! You demonstrate the essence of what it means to be a good human. Thank you!

Very helpful and I love the many options to choose!

Super useful app!

Easy to use. Helpful reminders. Nice music. Nice graphics. The different breathing patterns work for me. I don't know the science behind it, but it works! Also, like that it has a setting to beep when you inhale exhale. I can close my eyes and don't have to look at the phone or count.
