HOW TO CONNECT YOUR INNER BALANCE APP TO THE SENSOR
Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.
3. Once you see your sensor ID number displayed and verify that it matches the number on the back side of the sensor pod, tap it to accept and wait 15-20 seconds for the device to calibrate and begin the first session.

Inner Balance Lightning Sensor:
1. Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.
2. Open the Inner Balance app and press the “Start” arrow to make the app start scanning for the sensor.
3. Once you see your sensor ID number displayed and verify that it matches the number on the back side of the sensor pod, tap it to accept and wait 15-20 seconds for the device to calibrate and begin the first session.

Dankbaar voor deze app! Het brengt me rust en stabiliteit. Door regelmatig deze app te gebruiken ervaar ik zoveel gezondheidsvoordelen. Ik raad t iedereen aan die stress ervaart en opzoek is naar emotioneel balans en zelfvertrouwen.

Hele fijne app, vooral met de adequate biofeedback. Alleen wat ik ontzettend mis is geluid onder de breathpacer, zodat je met je ogen dicht kunt oefenen. Nu zet ik er een andere app met breathpacergeluid bij aan, maar dat is nogal omslachtig. Daarom maar 3 sterren. Ik hoop echt dat men besluit om geluid toe te voegen!!! Dan is het wat mij betreft 5 sterren!

Fijne en inzichtelijke app die mij helpt stressvrij te blijven en inzicht geeft in de variabelen die hierbij meespelen. Het is vrij gemakkelijk met mooie moderne stimulerende en frisse vormgeving die technisch heel goed in elkaar zit! Een top hulpmiddel!!!

I highly recommend to everyone who has not yet felt the benefits of breathing exercises: try for three weeks. I actually use patterns like for 5 seconds, hold for 2 and exhale for 10 seconds. Or box breath. Feature request: I’d like to see a bit more data/analysis in the app. Like the mean hrv value throughout the session. Or to be able to measure HRV outside a session.

I’m using the innerbalance tool for over ten years. Almost on a daily basis and for 15 - 30 min per session. For me it’s the most important tool. Become your own lifeguard 🛟

Vaste onderdelen van mijn dag.

Na hartproblemen als onderdeel van de revalidatie kennis gemaakt met heartmath. Inmiddels zijn de oefensessies (2 tot 3x per dag) vaste onderdelen van mijn dag. Net als bijvoorbeeld tandenpoetsen. Ik voel me er goed bij, meer rust en meer energie. Het is ook een mooie monitor voor andere keuzes. Beweeg ik te weinig, dan zie ik dat terug in de grafiek. Ik kan niet meer zonder.
