Good idea not worth $35 nzd
The app is a good idea far too expensive.. the customer help is sooo nice and helpful when I couldn’t work out how to cancel my plan

The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below.
With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user.
In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life.
Mood tracker
Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction.
Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down.
Negative thoughts tracker
The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. The idea is that even minor negative thoughts that automatically appear in our consciousness influence our mood and psychological conditions.
We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking.
Tracker of cognitive distortions
We give some useful insights into popular cognitive distortions and teach users how to identify flaws in their thinking and behavior.
Advice from a psychotherapist (in future updates)
Some practical advice from acknowledged psychotherapist — he will cover widespread topics and issues people usually have in different areas of life.
Breeze contains the following subscription options:
— Weekly with 3-days free trial at $7.99; Annual with 7-days free trial at $99.99;
— Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged at the full price of the chosen subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
— Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
— Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
— Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

This app is a scam. I signed up for a trial but it signed me up twice once I downloaded the app so when I did unsubscribe on Apple they still had me subscribed and charged me $52. I deleted the app the same day I downloaded it as it was so terribly designed, so much fluffing around and extra charges. I suspect they add to peoples problems rather than help. Awful! Do not recommend to anyone. I tried to get a refund because I knew I had unsubscribed and they have been very unhelpful and that’s how I discovered their scam of having you subscribe twice. BEWARE Update - Their reply is fake - I have been in contact with them and they are unhelpful and will not refund the money they stole.
Charging money even though cancelled
I cancelled my subscription in December last year. I didn’t cancel the free trial quick enough which is sort of my own fault, although I see on here that people are saying they were charged on day 6 which may have happened to me. It is now May, and yesterday I was charged $19 which declined and then $17 which declined and today (since I had transferred money into my checking account) it took $15. This is in $USD. I’m in New Zealand. Thats $25 NZD. I have also been charged in April - $30 NZD and in March $8 NZD. I didn’t realise until checking now. Not sure why this would be different amounts if it was just a subscription that failed to cancel. Definitely smells like a scam. Would not recommend at all.
Keeps charging my account
I stopped this long ago but they keep charging my account and I cannot contact anyone about it to stop Nothing showing in my active subscriptions either

Total Scam!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP
I downloaded via Apple, cancelled this before the 7 day trial ended and have been charged twice so far and the amounts don’t even match the app. I contacted the developer and asked for a refund, no refund! They sent a email with advise of how to cancel which I did and I’m still getting charged! Apple can’t help also they refer you to the developer.
Misleading!
This app said it was able to let me take self tests which is true but only with payment! So rigged, it doesn’t say anything about payment before installing the app. Thought this would be a helpful app but it is useless & unhelpful! Disappointed with this as it was very misleading, didn’t even get a chance to take a test without a pop up asking me to pay now. Don’t recommend downloading this app, it’s a waste of time! 😡

Owe me money
I purchased the app in Jan 24 on the 3 day free trial and then cancelled it immediately when i realised it was a terrible waste of money. I noticed in my bank statement this month (March 24) that $25 had been removed by this company. I am not subscribed to this app and normally apple would remove the money. So i am not sure how this company has legally removed money from my bank account!
