i thought i was signing up for a 7 days free trail and the immediately took 14,99 from my account definitely not okay would already not recommend it because of this, wont even be trying the app once i have my money back cause they did this
I took a subscription on this app thinking it would help but it did not. I cancelled my subscription and they still were taking all my money from my account. They are definitely not trustworthy at all.
I did a trial and did not want to continue so I cancelled my inscription (at least I thought i did) and they still took me 22,99€ so I sent an e-mail explaining my problem and they were very fast repliers. I was refunded in business days, they were very reactive so thanks to them for that !
I just had a trial, and i didn’t want the app because it’s not my thinh. I stopped my subscription immidiatly and they still took 29,99 from my bankaccount. As far as i know there’s no way to stop this either!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! You get to pay 1€ for the free trial and them you can’t unsubscribe, basically you ate stuck and regardless you end up paying the whole month. And if you dont contact them, the payment is going every month. Biggest Scam!!!!
The appa says to be free but charges 19.99$ even if you don’t open it nor create an account. Impossible to claim or dispute afterwards since the app is « free ».
