The app is based on several concepts from cognitive behavioral psychotherapy and contains four main features described below.
With Breeze we give a user more awareness about her/his emotions and activities/things/people that trigger them. Tracker of negative thoughts helps to learn new habit to criticize negative believes and patterns in thinking. In overall, this helps to improve the emotional state of the user.

In future releases, we are going to introduce tracker of cognitive distortions and provide advice from professional psychotherapist to help users to deal with issues in different areas of life.

Mood tracker
Daily mood tracker to understand which situations/contexts trigger emotional reaction.
Create a map of your emotional conditions and be aware of people/activities that make you happy or bring you down.

Negative thoughts tracker
The concept of automatic negative thoughts comes from cognitive behavioral therapy. The idea is that even minor negative thoughts that automatically appear in our consciousness influence our mood and psychological conditions.
We provide users with several interactive techniques that help criticize and fight such negative patterns in thinking.

Tracker of cognitive distortions
We give some useful insights into popular cognitive distortions and teach users how to identify flaws in their thinking and behavior.

Advice from a psychotherapist (in future updates)
Some practical advice from acknowledged psychotherapist — he will cover widespread topics and issues people usually have in different areas of life.

Breeze contains the following subscription options:
— Weekly with 3-days free trial at $7.99; Annual with 7-days free trial at $99.99;
— Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged at the full price of the chosen subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
— Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
— Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
— Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Don’t fall into trial trap!

Trial with no ability to easily see how to end before they take your money!

DO NOT GET!!

I wish I could give this negative starts!!I have tried so many times to end my subscription and it’s impossible. I’ve followed their directions (find in subscriptions and delete) but it isn’t there to delete or unsubscribe. They are still taking money from my account. There’s an option to get support within the app but conveniently for them it doesn’t work. I cannot afford this but alas it’s another greedy company that is supposed to support mental heath when in fact they are making it far worse!!!

Fraud

The app is fraudulent I downloaded the app and canceled my subscription on the same day and they are stilll taking money from my accunt I tried emailing them and they don’t reply don’t trust these 1 dollar trial apps honestly it’s a waste of energy and the app it’s self is useless

CHARGED ME FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD

This seems to be a common theme and it hasn’t only happened to me as I’ve seen on the other reviews here. I cancelled the subscription on the same day I signed up for the free trial because I didn’t see it was of good value for me but it ended up charging me for the subscription. Appealed to get a refund for the charge and I didn’t get it! BEWARE OF GETTING THE “FREE TRIAL” FROM THIS APP!

Not good

Hi, Ive written an email to you guys and didn't get an answer. So I'll do it on here, hoping to get some answers. I downloaded this app end of April did the free trial and decided it wasn't for me and cancelled it. Now you guys have taken money out of my account on the 8th of May, got that refunded and now you have taken money out of my account on the 10th of June, $29.99 USD. I want this money refunded as well.

Watch out for this app it continues to charge

This app creates two accounts for you without informing you then you cancel one and the other keeps charging. It’s scammy as 👎

Do not recommend

Didn’t find app helpful and found it very hard to contact support after unsubscribing and deleting my account but somehow still being billed and then being unable to use the account to log in and stop the subscription. I’m still being billed for an inactive account, app says it should show up in my apple subscriptions but it doesn’t and I can’t contact support as that tab in the profile menu doesn’t do anything when you press it. This review is my last avenue to stop and sort this issue. Not happy.

Why I don’t like this

U have to keep buying stuff to do test and more

Takes money in “free trail”

It said a 7 day free trail to continue to see So I said yeah sure why not let’s see Soon I continued it takes your 12.49 FOR ONE WEEK! Their 7 days free trail is a lie. I also do not like the app now I’ve paid $12.49 for a app to look into when it was meant be free trail.

Someone help ?

I didn’t subscribe To this app and now it’s wanted to me pay for the app making me not being able to download other apps
