this app keep taking money from my account each month. Such a rip off and i have no access to my account anymore im not even sure what was my logins i never took the premium option it automatically takes money from my account. I need it to stop. Really can’t afford losing money for no reason!
This app asks you how much you would be willing to pay, but this is not a hypothetical. I feel like an idiot because now it is ruthlessly charging me $45.69 per week on top of their $15.88 a week fee. $61.47 (AUD) a week to do quizzes that you could do for free on Buzzfeed and then get told “try exercise”, or “try yoga”. Tried to give zero stars but the smallest value is 1 unfortunately.
I sign up for free trial but they made it impossible to login and cancel. Then upon looking at google reviews this app has been making it impossible for people to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS APP
Terrible. No clear way to unsubscribe. I’ve messaged their support email multiple times to do so with no response, and they’ve just billed me (aka stolen my money) again for another month. Do not subscribe!
They take your credit card info for a free program about dealing with childhood trauma that also signs you up to their app at a reoccurring charge which isn’t made clear. Customer service couldn’t care less. You’re a company in mental health with sneaky business practices to make money = disgusting. Shame on you.
Downloaded this and cancelled straight away. Getting debited still even after followed the subscription cancellation and no one emails back. Have to black list with my bank now
I sign up and decided to unsubscribe. There’s no option but to deactivate account. I deactivated it. I don’t have the account now. They still charge me and there’s no way to unsubscribe since there’s no account. Help.
I need to cancel my subscription and there is nowhere to do it! I have deleted my account but am still being charged!!!
I had a problem with an non-notified transaction but thankfully it is resolved. I believe it is a good app as I enjoyed the trial version.
The app allows a 7 day free trial and it uses your Apple ID as the authorisation. Then it proceeds to charge my bank account for the free trial. App is not worth the subscription fee.
