Everyone is saying this, they don't respond emails, and you can't cancel the subscription, do not even download the app, as some people has been charged 30$ a month without even having accepted to a purchase Please, if you don't wanna change banks and lose money, don't download this
I can’t understand how Apple allows these apps that has 7 day “free” test period when it in fact costs money. They charge you $10 straight away. So, nothing free and hard not to feel fooled. Also, don’t understand how you feel good about being shady in your business model.
I cc was charged way after the 7 day trial, after I deleted the app. Now I have a subscription and it won’t allow me to log-in. When I try to login on the web. It says that my email has an account with a subscription but when I tried to use that email on my iPhone, it says that the email is not connected to an account. I am extremely disappointed and extremely upset. I don’t know how they got my current credit card.
So this app is eh… somewhat good, but to take the tests IT COSTS MONEY! and that makes no sense, so PLEASE get rid of it🙏
I tried to download this so I could find a healthy way if coping but this app costs sooo much money to use properly. Should’ve just said it in the description. No one has that kind of money, like what? It’s cheaper to just go and rent a therapist at this point.
Tried free trial but after 7 days i got billed for 352 sek even though i did not approve of any subscription or informed about price, subscription not visible in app store either. checked during the 7 days in case so i could cancel… Tried to cancel subscription in the app but have to log in on their webpage for that and can’t access my account and no way to reset password without contacting support. contacted support about refund and cancellation.
This is not a serious business.
you can’t do any tests or anything without paying. What’s the point of trying to fix my mental state if you just keep charging me money which makes me feel even worse?
My card was charged and then I did not receive the test or any email. Please return the money or provide me with the services I paid for
they domt answer emails and they dont do refunds
